Meeting on 4th Oct facilitated by ACAS so hope they can resolve things. They are flexing their offer but Unite are not responding and what they are calling for is not affordable. Unite pays £70 per day tax free so no financial hardship (which is good) but makes it harder to negotiate. CAM say Unite has shifted in their pay demand but not quite enough.
