LSA all the stuff you need

Any other ideas on things that would help? ping me an email and the working group will check it out – Andy, Paul, Kate, Zoe, Teresa and me…pippa@citizensadvicekingston.org.uk

Here is a page with all our feedback to date – see also the banana skins spreadsheet in the box below… and here is a website page with the LSA calendar embedded if you want to see what it is like without adding it to your own calendar.

Here is the link to the working group’s analysis of differences between the old and new systems. This should help you to work out what can be a quick lift and shift from your evidence tracker and what needs a review and new evidence/approach. NB there is also a hugely helpful list of MUSTS for each section – whoop whoop

Here is our full library of LSA resources to help if you need a specific policy note or other materials- especially check out the year planners to help get processes embedded year round and make it easier when we get to the final countdown for our LSA. PS the BIG THING is to make sure you have version control on your docs – if you always edit the current doc (ie don’t make a copy) then all your hyperlinks in all your systems will always be right – and we do like to be right don’t we?

Here is our banana skins spreadsheet which notes things that we have tripped up on – we share these in the hope that it saves you slipping on the same banana skin. If you are happy to share a hiccup, here is the form.

and here is an example portfolio – with all the hyperlinks to evidence docs in case it’s helpful…

I have highlighted in gold those of us doing year three this year and in pink those of us in the first Q of the new system in case that helps- not sure if it just makes it a bit muddly – what do you think? keep the colours, ditch the colours?

and if you have not yet added your name to the list – here is the form

and, in case you find a movie helpful – here is one on how the spreadsheet works and another on how the portfolio works which your TB might find useful… not everyone likes a movie, but if you do, grab a bucket of popcorn, put your feet up and bish bash bosh…
