We have had a smashing response to the call for data from LCAs to help us establish a pay grade framework for the network and are working in partnership with CA on this – great stuff.
We know that not everyone has been able to send in their figures, so if this applies to you, please click here to do the survey. In case you are wondering what it is all about or what the point is in taking part – here is a short movie (seriously it IS short- promise) of Chris and Jake chatting about it-and here is one of Gill – in the hope that it encourages you to get involved – after all if you share your story you can help shape the future and which of us doesn’t want to do that – share and shape eh?
