We had a lively discussion this week about what we are all doing in relation to pay rises for staff this year. There is a wealth of information and ideas within the group and so it was agreed to set up a task and finish group to gather all the info and devise a toolkit of options for us all to use.We reckon the group will involve two hour long calls and some background work to gather docs etc. The work will be done over the next 4-6 weeks.
So the simple question is -do you want to be part of that group?
