There were some new things and a couple of older things on our spreadsheet for progressing with Victoria – so here is the update on them …

HTC clawback – CA recognise the concerns raised by the group and Lauren is getting in touch with those affected and might come to a peer group if we felt that was helpful….

Social Value – this sits with Daniel and the bid team and they will be in touch to talk about next steps – some interesting feedback on recent bids that should help us all to get ahead on this..

LSA refresh – we may have an update from Rachel’s team on 19th October, and, if not, then there will be further feedback soon from them on progress to date…

Negative references between LCAs – Ellie Carter is going to be in touch on this one and is happy to come to the group to discuss – revised guidance is now on the intranet; there is just one more step we need to agree around pre checking of the references as the insurers are not able to do that due to potential CoI.
