At this week’s call, Callum updated us all on the working group activities on HR – you will have seen his email which details this element of CA offer to LCAs.

The working group was a good example of working with CA and involved a group of 20 people, 4 of whom came from CA and the other 16 from LCAs. People on the group were from a range of roles in LCAs – admin, operational staff , strategic leads and Trustees so it was a great example of diverse views being shared and a common purpose being achieved…
