Togetherall provides free tools and support so you can take care of your mental health and well-being, whilst connecting to others with similar experiences. Togetherall is anonymous, is available 24/7, and is free to all Citizens Advice staff and volunteers.
These resources will help you to tell your staff and volunteers about what’s available from Togetherall to support their mental health and wellbeing – that includes support forums and groups, journaling tools, self-assessments, information and resources and self-help courses:
