They can’t ask that…. surely?

Has your local authority asked for details about staff that are inappropriate – like who has been DBS checked or who is involved in disciplinaries?

Mel’s have and she is not alone – as commissioners seem to get confused with what is appropriate (do you have systems to…) and what is inappropriate (what are the staff names type stuff)… the difference between a Trustees role and a funders role can be confusing it seems
