Thanks so much for taking part in this important co-design work between CA and LCAs. We now have an updated view of the data based on 160 participant responses.  We are pleased to note that this is pretty representative of the network by region, size and urban/rural split.  Attached is the data in Excel format this time in order to address the issues some of you previously had with accessing the Google file.  

As agreed with the CO Peer Group this anonymised data is only being shared with those offices that have supplied their salary data, so this is for your eyes only at this stage and not to be shared.  We still want to encourage more offices to complete the survey and will be promoting this in the coming weeks.  The more responses we have the more we can rely on the data.   We have added in a new tab that shows the new data on annual leave and contract hours, and also a tab showing the relationship of salaries against the CO salary.  We are continuing to try and present the data in a way that is helpful for you so if you have any suggestions please do let me know.  

If you were one of the early responders that have not yet provided responses to the three additional short questions added to the survey on benefits (contractual hours, annual leave and sick pay) it would be great if you could revisit the survey to add in these details in Section 4.
