Pay Grade Framework – next steps

This work is being done in partnership with CA – Sue (Theodorsen) and Shani ( Fancett) – for the peer group. The survey is out now, so if you haven’t had a chance to do it yet, make sure you don’t miss the moment to have your say and shape the future.

The survey will give us a good body of data – anonymised and a start point for discussions and updates etc. There were some blips in the original form which have been sorted – any other things you spot – don’t hesitate to share your comments.

The data will be available for CA and also for CEOs and TBs..

A next step after this survey will be to consider external benchmarking by for instance Croner or another provider – recognising that staff pay rates are often relational to the CEO ones so we need to get them right..
