Wellbeing for the team- what are we doing ? Jake asked what we thought about how best to do this..

We explored , as part of our support for wellbeing of the teams, the idea of a whole organisation close down to take pressure off – what do YOU think of this? We noted that we have moved from pandemic to cost of living crisis and not paused to take account of the impact of hybrid working and the accumulative impact of this on us an dour teams.

Generally we are in agreement that we need to do something to take pressure off..

many of us felt this was a great idea – others are doing other things to boost morale and help with wellbeing..

some of us take a two week break over Xmas for everyone and that is helpful – but maybe we need to do more and now…

obviously there are some challenges if funders are requiring us to be open

some of us are having staff awaydays and other social events

so many ideas we are going to start a discussion thread on this one – so nip over to the forum to join in the chat…
