Looking after our teams…

This week we started to talk about different ways we are looking out for our teams – we noted that some of them are eligible for HSF in our areas and some of them are burnt out and stressed at this point in the pandemic for instance.

We also noted that many of us are finding it difficult to recruit or retain people- some of this relates to remote working opening up other opportunities and variety of pay in different LCAs and some of it is about wellbeing for individuals.

We are going to gather examples of things that are working well so we can share them and the pay grade framework workstream will also help us in moving to more uniform pay etc.
