Discussed CA approach to LCAS running national contracts where strikes will negatively affect contract performance. consideration beign given to standardising contracts so that terms are more consistent across the network – not everyone supports this approach so more to discuss on this.

Call for CA to look at the longer term and have national conversations with Unite to get a better understanding of how our finances are structured – so if posts are made redundant that can impact ability to deliver on contract and can cause all the project staff to lose their jobs due to non performance, not just the individual posts.
