HtC/FSO incoming providers group Qs for CA

Abi is checking out these points that came up at the latest incoming providers peer group meeting:

– In order to prepare an objective selection process/criteria for potential redundancy selection we would value National CA providing an example of how they have applied this criteria currently/previously so we could potentially adapt it locally –

Can CA also provide an example of the perfect quality check for the activity element of the selection process-

Could CA take advice on whether the potential of secondments/special arrangement for outgoing LCAs to effectively retain employment of at risk H2C advisers rather than a full TUPE transfer to an incoming provider as this could potentially safeguard the capacity of outgoing LCAs for future opportunities that come up in 12months+ whilst also reducing the need for costly redundancy payments from incoming providers. –

Where a DWP area does not have a lead/the LCA has refused the contract, is it possible for CA to not just go out to the next highest scoring bidder, but also the next one down to share the potential redundancy risk across each DWP area?
