Andy and Shona had a really good meeting with Callum about future offering of HR support for LCAs.

The plan is to have a three fold offering –

static materials available to everyone,

panel of solicitors for LCAs to choose between for specific support,

HR clinics sessions with CA and LCAs discussing hot topics and providing mutual support.

Next steps will be to set up a working group to sketch out how this will be progressed so that it is genuine co design and meets the needs of LCAs whilst also being within CA frameworks.
