Victoria is also exploring the issue of some shared materials on social value – item one PLUS if there is any way to share information with other CEOs if a member of staff is on the move and there are concerns about their performance – not just personality clashes or style issues but substantive concerns that might not be reflected in a reference and which would put a colleague LCA at risk… we note that often people choose to move on before a formal process is undertaken so there is a limit to what can be shared…
