We are increasingly talking about how to help our staff manage inflationary rises and we have had a good response to our survey about that – so there will be a chance to hear about what other TBs are doing and chat about what your TB are doing- a big headline is that 35% of TBs are doing something and 37% maybe doing something – what is it most are doing and how are they affording it??
