Community Spaces currently has a number of vacant premises available across the UK, many of which are retail spaces. They are offering these to local Citizens Advice on affordable and flexible terms. Typically, these spaces are rent and service charge free and available on flexible leases or licences. Each is with a different landlord so terms and conditions may vary in each case however they are all flexible and affordable. 

In addition to the spaces they already have available, if they do not have a suitable property, they also offer a sourcing and negotiating service for a small one-off fee. This fee is only payable upon lease completion and is based on the length of the term.
