We have received this update from Dawn – she had hoped to come to a peer call to run through things but timings haven’t work out for them..here is the message update from Dawn

We have shared our plans for how we share the data analysis with the network with the Taskforce, Chief Officer Reference Group and KPI & Exemptions Panel over the past week and received some very constructive feedback on what we share and why we are sharing it.

We plan to share the raw data from the consultation responses along with a slide deck including detailed analysis of both network and national responses.  The slide deck will contain information on how local offices responded to the consultation questions and proposals, key trends and a summary of the feedback received.  It will also include the pulse survey findings.

We were planning on also having a video which would guide you through the high level findings and pulling out key headlines from the slide deck referenced above.  However feedback we have received is that online sessions to discuss the consultation findings would be preferable to a video.

We may struggle to fit in some online sessions to discuss the data analysis before we publish the consultation response in October, however we really feel it is important to share the data from the consultation with the network as soon as possible in the interests of transparency.

If Peer Group members have any views they would like to share on whether we have online sessions to discuss the consultations responses or a video summary I would very much welcome those views.  

If they could let me know by the end of this week via email that would be very much appreciated.
