Tina ( Stevenson) raised this as a query – would we find it helpful to ahve CA delivering this for us – a Training Academy – agreed that we could do some sharing but it would be challenging to make sure it was equitably delivered – possibly delivered regionally

It might be better not to work geographically in partnership, but that we could work in wider partnerships – this would need to be balanced for some areas with specific needs eg in Wales..We should explore apprenticeships and other ways to ‘build our own’.

We will discuss this further at the sustainablity group – the ‘no time to lose…’ work and also let Tina know if you have thoughts on this as she can raise it as part of the remote advice working group – thanks Tina 🙂
