It is the new plans for LSA – AQS requires evidence of self assessment every year don’t forget.

Year one – self assessment and no need to send anything to CA unless you or Chair are new to it all

Year two – self assessment and send it to CA for review and comment unless EXCEPTIONAL circs mean you can’t manage this

Year three – onsite visits have now resumed but if , for instance, you don’t use an office any more then chat to CA about plans..
