In terms of the volunteer recruitment, I’m looking to formalise the training pathway for new volunteers but also try to move to a fully flexible training approach within a formal and efficient volunteer recruitment system. I’m sure others already have it but I need to do this to increase our volunteer numbers significantly over the next 1-2 years.
