Callum is keen for us to work with CA on the evolution of HR support from CA for LCAs. He is commited to codesign and the idea of a panel of HR experts being set up so that local services can pick and choose which ones might support their specific needs.

As the TUPE issues for the HtC work seem increasingly complex it is timely that CA are working on this and good that they see us as key partners.
