We are happy, where we are not prevented by any conflict considerations, to advise any CAB nationally in respect of the TUPE and/or restructuring consequences related to the MAPS Debt and Help to Claim contracts.

Given the challenges faced, we can offer a scoping and initial advice call/Teams meeting of up to 1.5 hours for a fixed fee of £350 plus VAT.  We are also prepared to consider a discount of 15% on our normal hourly rates for any follow up work that may be required and we would provide a fixed or capped fee wherever possible for any identifiable pieces of work.
