Can I introduce Louise Palmer, the Co-production Practice Manager at Rethink Mental Illness. Lou has agreed to join us on the 3rd at 1.0pm to share with us RMI’s approach to working with experts by experience and the ways in which they support RMI with service review and service design. Lou has another commitment at 1.30 so will be with us for 15 minutes but will also be available for follow up.
